In short: the Patchland app collects no personal information and contains no analytics or ads. This website is a static site with no analytics and no cookies, and it asks for no name, email or account.

1. Information we collect
Patchland: Claim It All ("the App") is a mobile game operated by an individual developer, Davy Kim (ipe Studio). The App has no accounts or sign-in, and it does not collect or send to any server any personal information such as your name, email, contact details, location or device identifiers.
Your game progress (map, stars, Lord Album cards, daily records) and settings (sound, vibration, color-blind patterns) are stored on your device only and are deleted from it when you delete the App. The game works without an internet connection.
The App contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
2. The website
This website (patchland.ipe.rest) is a static site. It uses no analytics tools and sets no cookies. If you pick a language, your browser may keep that choice on your own device only; it is never sent to us. Pages use your device's own fonts. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may process ordinary web request information (such as your IP address) under GitHub's own policies.
3. Third parties
We do not sell your information and do not share it with anyone. When the App is released, downloads will be handled by the app stores under their own privacy policies.
4. Questions and your rights
To request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information, or to ask any question, write to ipe.haven@gmail.com. Because the App and the website collect no personal information, we usually hold nothing to look up; email correspondence we can locate and delete.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 14 (or the minimum age in your region), and the App collects no personal information from any user.

8. Changes
